when in DC , especially near the National Mall and museums, your food options are pretty limited. Penn Quarter offered a great outdoor area to grab lunch and people watch! food was good. ordered...
If I could rate them a 10 * on the service I would. Every employee that passes your table will help with cleaning dirty dishes, or refill drinks. The Shark Bite Mahi Mahi bites are perfection!
