Paste & Rind is closing its H Street, NE location in early 2026 after five years of operating as a champion for domestic artisanal cheese producers. While bar service concluded on December 28, 2025, the business will continue to sell through inventory at the Trinidad Market and fulfill its final cheese club deliveries through the first week of January.
